I'm Audrey. I love to eat.

This post from Gena at Choosing Raw resonated with me in a powerful way.  She writes so eloquently about eating disorders and how society subtly pushes women into some of the behaviors that, when taken too far, can change lives.  I know it to be true.  I have a troubled relationship to food and always will.  However, I am working on changing my perspective and Gena's post was just perfect.  I'm Audrey.  I love to eat.  There is no shame in that.  Pass it on - own it if it feels right.
