This is a new favorite in our house. We add it to protein shakes and greek yogurt.....and I'm figuring out some recipes to incorporate it into for both sweet and savory applications. It's got about 50 calories and 1g fat for 2 tablespoons. Compare that to the 180+ cals of regular peanut butter. I love all things peanut butter, and we do make good use of all natural peanut butters in our house. But the ability to cut calories without cutting flavor is always a lovely thing.

This morning I enjoyed it in my protein shake, and later today I might try making some satay sauce. Yum!
