After making up a batch of Ani's almond frangipane cream (from this book), I wondered what to put it on. I found these beautiful berries in the fridge, and a star was born. I love the simplicity of the recipe and the dish. It feels and tastes clean. Maddy liked it too....but preferred it sprinkled with cocoa powder. Such a chocolate lover, that girl! No idea where she gets *that* from......
